Bluebells

This is the first painting I was commissioned to paint.  I was given a couple of photographs and asked to emphasise the blue of the bluebells.  It is of an area not too far from where I live that is covered in bluebells during the spring months and looks absolutely beautiful.  This painting was a joy to do and I couldn't be more pleased with how it has turned out.

Fish Out Of Water (Carp)

Was trying something different with this one.  I like the somewhat surreal idea of fish swimming above water rather than in it.  There will be more to come following this idea.
